Can I order a hamper at any time of the year or just in the run up to Christmas?

Our hampers are available all year round and make great birthday presents for those with good taste. We create special hampers for certain events such as Burns Night Valentines Day, Easter etc. Watch out for our specials.

How long does the fresh products in the hampers last?

We send out all hampers which have chilled goods in poly boxes with chill packs. This ensures the good stay cold in transit and therefore the hampers arrive with you in perfect condition. Most ambient products have a minimum shelf life of 4 months+. Chilled cheeses and pates will have a minimum shelf life of 14 days. Salmon and Rannoch smoked meats will have a minimum shelf life of 7 days.

How long does the hamper take to arrive?

We send out Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. 90% of hampers arrive next day, the balance the following day depending on postcode. We send out to any address on mainland Britain and to some islands but prices may vary on these, please check terms and conditions for further details.

Can you post hampers abroad?

Unfortunately at the moment no, but this is something we are currently pursuing as there is clearly a demand.

Can I send a gift message to the person who is getting the hamper?

Yes. When completing the order there is a box in which to leave your message. we will hand write this on one of our Food of Scotland cards and enclose it in the hamper

Can I order now and choose a date for delivery in the future?

Yes simply make your choice of hamper or build your own and select the date you would like it sent out, we will follow your instructions.

Does the hamper need to be signed for when delivered?

If someone is in the driver will take a signature, if not as the sender you can leave special instructions on where to leave it when ordering, these could be: with a neighbour, in the shed etc. In such cases the driver will be happy to leave without it being signed for.

Do I have to order on line or can I simply phone and place the order directly?
